Welcome to Cactus Custom Saddlery’s Cowboy Mounted Shooting Holster’s web pages.

Cactus only uses the fines quality Hermann Oak Leather for the leather crafting of our holster rigs. I have been designing the shooting holsters since appx. 1999 and have made thousands of assorted styles, colors, embellishments, tooling, carving and unusually designs. The holsters are designed for this sport and for all sizes and shapes of shooters. There are basically 3 styles of openings on the holsters. Fast draw, safety draw and bucket style. Depending on your experience we can discuss the style of opening that would best suit your style and experience. Shooting Rigs also are made in 3 basic styles, narrow belt, wide back belt and 2 piece belt rigs with 2 buckles, one on each side of the belt. Holster slanting either straight, mild x-draw or radical x-draw or totally custom are available. Please review these pictures and or email , me style you prefer and I can quote you a price and lead time. Since these rigs are costly I offer an economy style with few extras or make you any style and custom design you require.
